Working from an annual budget agreed with the Captain and the Owner, the Yacht Management team will manage all the financial management of yacht. The Yacht Manager will manage expenses according to certain categories, pay bills and reconcile bank statements and credit cards. By preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports, the actual operating costs will be compared with detailed explanations according to the budget and where the variances occur. The Yacht Management team will work with utmost integrity and ethics, ensuring transparency in all aspects of yacht accounting.
